START WITH THE APPLICATION

Start with the material.
Define the outcome.

Fibre type, fabric construction, size or finish chemistry, equipment, pH, temperature and required finish.

01 / DESIZING

Start with the size.

Review starch-based sizing materials and an amylase-led removal trial on representative fabric.

Size removal · absorbency · fabric quality

Discuss this application →
02 / BIOPOLISHING

Refine the surface.

Discuss controlled cellulase treatment of suitable cellulosic fabrics and evaluate surface and strength together.

Surface fibres · handle · strength

Discuss this application →
03 / DENIM FINISHING

Define the finish.

Screen a finishing treatment against your denim, dye system and process sequence.

Appearance · backstaining · fabric integrity

Discuss this application →

A PRACTICAL ROUTE FORWARD

Choose the activity.
Build the trial.

Review these development routes with our technical team. The selected product, grade, activity, quantity and any formulation work are specified in your quotation.

Amylase-led desizing

Identify the size formulation and operating window before choosing candidates for a starch-removal comparison.

Discuss this option →

Cellulase selection

Match activity and conditions to the fibre, construction and desired surface effect.

Discuss this option →

Mill-specific formulations

Include existing auxiliaries, equipment and rinse stages in a tailored-blend discussion.

Discuss this option →
Tailored selection. Clear specifications.

Tell us the application, required quantity and destination. Product availability, activity, grade, documentation and pricing are agreed in your quote.

A USEFUL FIRST STEP

Start with a brief.
Build the evidence.

Free samples are available for qualified commercial trials after an application review. Sample selection, quantity, delivery and the trial method are agreed before dispatch.

Plan the next step ↗
  1. Describe your application.

Fibre type, fabric construction, size or finish chemistry, equipment, pH, temperature and required finish.

  2. Agree the trial conditions.

Include the material, scale, pH, temperature, contact time and any existing process chemicals.

  3. Define a useful result.

Choose the comparison, controls and measurements that will guide your next decision.

BEFORE YOU START

The details
that matter.

Can enzymes be used on every fibre?

No. Select the activity for the fibre and target material. Treatments for cellulosic fabrics should not be assumed suitable for other fibres.

How do I avoid excessive fabric treatment?

Define strength and appearance acceptance criteria, then screen dose and time against a representative control.

Are sample trials available for mills?

Qualified commercial mill trials can be discussed after reviewing your process and intended supply volume.

Do you offer bulk supply and tailored blends?

Send your application, required quantity, specifications and delivery destination. We will review a suitable supply or development route and provide a quotation.
